This Privacy Policy explains how Oxygen Students Paradise ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services — including printing, binding, scanning, DTP, and government application assistance — accessed via WhatsApp, our website, or in-store.

1. Information We Collect

• WhatsApp number — used to receive your files, send quotes, payment links, and job-ready notifications.
• Files you send — documents, images, or other files submitted for printing. Stored temporarily and deleted after job completion.
• Payment details — processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
• Print preferences — paper size, colour, layout, copies, and finishing options, saved to speed up future orders.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your print and service orders
• To send you quotes, payment links, and status updates via WhatsApp
• To assist with government or university application forms you submit in-store
• To improve service quality and turnaround time

3. WhatsApp Messaging

By messaging our WhatsApp number (+91 94957 06405), you consent to receive automated replies from our order management system. We use the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services needed to operate:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Meta (WhatsApp) — message delivery
• Supabase — secure cloud storage of job records

5. Data Retention

Print files are retained for up to 7 days after job completion, then deleted. Job records (without file content) are kept for up to 1 year for billing and dispute resolution.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or visiting our store. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
